Watch Technician (鐘錶維修員) - 全職/半職

主要職責:以保修手錶外觀工作為主,為名錶打磨翻新,改帶,驗收手錶,為產品進行維修、品質控制及測試。必需具備行業相關的工作經驗,有耐性、細心、獨立處事、有責任感,並對鐘錶業充滿熱誠。

薪資套餐按合約類型而定,一般提供基本薪金,午膳津貼,醫療和牙科保險,年終獎金,年假12至 15 天另設生日假期。

Customer Service & Data Entry Officer / Private Account Executive / Private Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report to Private Account Manager and work closely with the other sales team members,
  • Responsible for the day-to-day sales operation & management of different online platforms to achieve sales target,
  • Provide excellent services to our customer with account management,
  • Maintain customer relationships and build brand loyalty,
  • Understand customer’s request and take care of the entire process of enquiries,
  • Take part in the marketing program to achieve the company’s sales target in collaboration with the Marketing and Media team,
  • Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned by Department Head.

Requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma or related discipline
  • Min. 1-2 year experience in Retail / E-commerce / Customer Service / Marketing / Account Management
  • Experiences in Luxury & Lifestyle industry is an advantage
  • Candidate with more experience may consider to a higher position
  • High logical thinking and strong common senses
  • Mission-oriented, detail-minded, positive and proactive working attitude
  • Fast learner, teamwork, target objective, work with timeline and work under pressure is a must
  • Flexibility, independent thinking
  • Fluent Cantonese, Mandarin and English

Corporate Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and company,
  • Resolve key client issues and complaints,
  • Develop a complete understanding of key account needs,
  • Anticipate key account changes and improvements,
  • Manage communications between key clients and internal teams,
  • Manage account team assigned to each client,
  • Strategic planning to improve client results,
  • Negotiate contracts with the client and establishing a timeline of performance,
  • Establish and oversee internal budgets with the company and external budgets with the client,
  • Work with design, sales team, creative, advertising, logistics, managers, marketing, and team members from other departments dedicated to the same client account to ensure the highest quality of materials are being produced and all client needs met,
  • Collaborate with the sales team to maximise profit by up-selling or cross-selling,
  • Plan and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training,
  • Meet all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines,
  • Analyse client data to provide customer relationship management,
  • Expanding relationships and bringing in new clients.

Requirements:

  • Able to multitask, prioritise, and manage time efficiently
  • Goal-oriented, organised team player
  • Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
  • In-depth understanding of company key clients and their position in the industry
  • Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories
  • Able to analyse data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or relevant field; Master’s degree preferred
  • 3-5 years’ work experience in sales, management, key account management, or relevant experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person
  • Basic computer skills, and experience with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on superior Excel skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with ability follow-through on client contracts
  • Ability to multitask and manage more than one client account
  • Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals
  • Fluent Cantonese, Mandarin and English

Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product shot, photo editing and re-touching
  • Graphic design of marketing materials, such as catalogue, leaflet, poster, web banner and printing production
  • Design and develop compelling concepts and design work, both online and offline
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
  • Strong graphic design skills, creative and innovative

Requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma in Design or equivalent
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat Pro.)
  • Working knowledge of social media marketing, online advertising, navigation and web optimised products
  • Strong creative sense, self-motivated, responsible, mature and detail-minded
  • Keeps a positive attitude and able to troubleshoot situations and deal with any unique situations that may arise
  • Ability to work on several projects at once under tight deadlines, with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills are essential for this role
